About

 Our Women's Self Defence sessions are designed to empower women with practical skills, increased confidence, and greater personal awareness.

These workshops focus on realistic, easy-to-understand techniques alongside education around personal safety, boundary setting, and situational awareness.


Participants will learn:


  • Practical self-defence techniques 
  • How to recognise and avoid potentially dangerous situations 
  • Strategies to improve personal safety awareness 
  • Techniques to escape common grabs and holds 
  • How to respond effectively under pressure 
  • Ways to build confidence and assertiveness 


Our sessions are delivered in a supportive and encouraging environment suitable for all fitness levels and experience levels.

The aim is not to create fear but to provide knowledge, confidence, and reassurance.


Sessions are delivered throughout Bordon and can also be provided for community groups and organisations as well as individuals.
